Villa Belpoggio is the ideal place to hold weddings, private events, reunions of family and friends, corporate meetings and other special occasions.

The staff at Villa Belpoggio will help you organize every detail by taking care of the needs of the celebrated and the guests, so that every moment remains etched in your mind as a precious memory.

Exclusive location for any event

The Villa can be reserved exclusively with hotellerie and concierge services included.

Upon request, our staff will provide all services for the organization of the event.

The Villa can host a maximum of 28 people: it has ten spacious and comfortable double rooms and two apartments with three and four beds respectively, plus any additional beds.

The guests staying at the Villa will be provided with a reception service, breakfast (also brunch formula on request), with staff always present throughout the duration of the stay, for any needs.

The Villa does not have an active restaurant or a regular chef, but the staff is available to support the organization in this aspect of the event as well.

Lunch or dinner of a wedding or event can be arranged either seated or buffet style. The restaurant hall can accommodate up to 28 people and is equipped with rectangular tables that can be assembled into tables of different sizes, with chairs and benches.

Your event in a treasure chest of art and history

The Villa has a splendid private chapel available for symbolic ceremonies and, by prior arrangement, for religious ceremonies.

The chapel still conveys all the charm of the history that has passed through it: recently restored, it still has beautiful frescoes and polychrome marble and is enhanced by perfect acoustics.

The symbolic ceremony can also be celebrated in the magnificent park in front of the Villa, or in the wonderful Terrace near the swimming pool, which overlooks the hills of the Arno Valley giving an unmatched view.

All spaces dedicated to weddings can be set up with rows of benches for guests.

How you’ve always wanted it

The Villa is closed from November to Palm Sunday. Special openings during the winter months are possible upon request, subject to prior evaluation.

In case of bad weather, however, several arrangements are possible to put together a smooth plan b so that you can experience a peaceful day without any sacrifices.

In case of large weddings, a marquee can be erected either in the garden front of the Villa or in the one near the pool.

The large Cantina hall can accommodate up to 28 seated guests, while the Granary, located immediately opposite, can hold up to 20 people and is perfect for indoor dancing in case of small numbers.

The Terrace, paved and covered with a large custom-made umbrella, can accommodate up to 25 people seated.This is the place usually used for dancing, cocktails, barbecues, dinner or wedding lunches, and can be a covered space in case of light rain if needed.

When the Villa is exclusively reserved, lastly, the Hall and Reception can also be set up for the aperitif, as well as the Library.

Micro wedding

With its intimate spaces and the warmth of a family residence, Villa Belpoggio is the ideal location for a wedding with a small number of guests.

By reserving the Villa exclusively, it is possible to organize weddings even with very small numbers and thus enjoy maximum intimacy.

The Villa Belpoggio style reception and the meticulous attention to the smallest detail will know how to amplify the emotions of this special day.

Family reunion

The warm welcome of a family residence makes Villa Belpoggio the perfect location for a family reunion with loved ones and friends.

Set in the countryside, yet close to major roads, the Villa is easily accessible from anywhere in the world, thanks in part to the assistance and total support of the staff on any kind of service: from transfers to activities, from organizing lunch or dinner with chef, to preparing light lunches and buffets on request.

Other ceremonies and corporate events

Villa Belpoggio is the perfect setting for birthdays and anniversaries with loved ones: the elegance of a historic home and the ability of the staff to provide support in every aspect organization, will be the key to a successful event.

Corporate events, meetings and seminars can be organized with a capacity maximum of 15 people (12 in case of staying in single rooms).

The Granary can be set up as a meeting room with a large table for speakers, projector, speakers, audio and video system. Upon request, coffee breaks can be provided, as well as lunch and dinner.
